Under our Terms and Conditions, Estate Agents are required to ensure they hold the appropriate rights to all photos used in their listings on Private Resources. As Private Resources does not act as a regulator and cannot enforce legal action, we suggest reaching out directly to the Estate Agent using your images. We recommend giving them a clear and reasonable timeframe to remove the photos, such as within 48 hours to 7 days.

Yes, all completed properties should be taken down from marketing. Buyers and renters prefer to see only available properties to avoid accidentally enquiring about homes that are already sold or rented. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend removing sales and lettings properties from the platform within two days after completion.
